As a Senior Design Insights Analyst, you will be responsible for feeding deep customer behaviour insights into how we design products & services for Lloyds Banking Group customers. Leveraging Group’s wealth of customer data, you will perform advanced analyses to identify, inform and quantify the impact of changes which we put in front of our customers.
