The Company :

The Opportunity :

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Design Coordinator to join their growing team. As Design Co-Ordinator you will meet every buyer at reservation stage to discuss the property in finer detail using architectural and M&E plans. You will also be responsible for upselling extra items including flooring, furniture and fixtures. Ideally but not essential you will be able to design and coordinate fitted furniture within each development plot.

Responsibilities :

Kitchens / Worktops / Wardrobes

Liaise with supplier on design and budget.

Develop relationships, understanding of products and to be up to date with current market trends.

Liaise with technical and construction departments on layouts & M&E layouts etc.

Ultimately sign off designs with colour choices.

Interior finishes

Liaise with suppliers on product lines and to be up to date with current market trends

Negotiate pricing and development relationship and understanding of products

Customer liaison

Promote the company to the customer and enrich the sales journey

Meet with every customer to discuss choices / options / inclusions / amendments

Run through detailed drawings with customer including M&E and AV

Discuss technical options insofar as M&E and construction limitations

Liaise with contractors in providing quotes for extras

Provide and collate quotes for customers

Organise trades and materials for client extras including admin for variation orders etc.

Promote Post Completion extras through continuing customer relations and customer care

team

General interior design and specification input, especially kitchen and bathroom design

Generate alternative and additional upgrade opportunities
