Qualifications

  • Experience of working with healthcare professionals and/or within the NHS or social care.
  • Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders to meet defined outcomes.
  • Experience managing data quality, reporting or audit activity.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality administrative support for Direct Enhanced Services.
  • Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams for seamless service delivery.
  • Ensure data quality and compliance across multiple health services.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong IT literacy with Microsoft Office
Confident in using EMIS and TeamNet
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to analyse and interpret information

Education

4 GCSE's (Grade C and above) in English and Maths or equivalent
Relevant NVQ level 3 qualification or equivalent experience
Further Training in Administration, Health, Social Care or project coordination
