Salary: NJC 18 - 22 £31,537 - £33,699 (FTE) £27,700 - £29,599 (Actual) + well-being cash plan + pension scheme (LGPS) + additional Lift Schools benefits

Hours: 37 hours per week, 40 weeks per year

Contract: Full time, permanent

Start date: October/November 2025

We are seeking to appoint an inspirational Deputy Year Leader who will work directly with the Year Leader to lead the 'behaviour for learning' and academic progress of a Year group.

Responsibilities
  • Work with the Year Leader to lead the behaviour and academic progress of a Year group to ensure all students make outstanding progress.
  • Promote and adhere to the Trust's values to be unusually brave, discover what's possible, push the limits and be big hearted.
