• Must hold a full UK drivers licence and have access to your own vehicle.
• Experience in mentoring and coaching support staff.

Responsibilities

• Mentor teams and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure team members design their support plans.
• Assist with rota management and maintain records.
• Address concerns and conduct audits.

Skills

Relevant Health and Social Care qualification at Level 3 or above

Proven experience supporting people with learning disabilities

Leadership or coaching experience

Knowledge of safeguarding, health and safety, and care regulations

Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills

Confidence in using digital systems

Flexible working hours and willingness to travel
