Hours: 37.5 contracted hours per week (Monday to Sunday – split between on shift and office hours and may include days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays and sleep-ins )
Salary: £29,725 per annum

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Support Manager to work closely with the service manager and operations team in leading and managing a dedicated support team. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of outstanding, person‑centered care to adults with mental learning disabilities within their own homes. This role is instrumental in ensuring compliance, maintaining high‑quality service standards, and driving business development to expand the service.
