Deputy Service Manager – Bromley

We now have an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Service Manager to join our Bromley service. This role is ideal for a confident, people-centred leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about high-quality, recovery-focused care.

About the Role

As Bromley's Deputy Service Manager , you will support the leadership and operational delivery of our Bromley service. Your role will include :

  • Line management of Team Leaders, including supervision, development and performance oversight.
  • Inspiring a culture of hope, empowerment and opportunity for the people we support.
  • Working with the Designated Safeguarding Lead to ensure safe and consistent safeguarding practice.
  • Supporting staff through observed practice and values-based feedback.
  • Working with Clinical and Frontline teams to maintain safe, effective pathways and evidence-based interventions.
  • Alongside operational leadership, you will also contribute to the quality, governance and continuous improvement of the service.
  • Quality, Governance & Service Assurance
  • Lead and coordinate regular audits, quality checks and performance monitoring.
  • Support incident reporting, learning reviews and updates to the service risk register.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, NICE / OHID guidance and CGL policies.
  • Assist with the Service Quality Improvement Plan to ensure a safe, high-performing service.

Full Time Hours : 37.5 per week

Full Time Salary Range : £44,471.72 - £48,906.23*

This role will commence in April 2026

Please note : Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 per week . Salary for part-time roles is pro rata.
