Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role with leadership or operational responsibility.
• Experience in compliance and performance targets.
• Previous experience working within a GP practice setting.

Responsibilities

• Support the Practice Manager in all aspects of practice functionality.
• Manage and coordinate practice functionality, motivating and managing staff.
• Promote quality and continuous improvement in accordance with CQC regulations.
