Deputy Nursery Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Manager in all aspects of the nursery/OSC setting, including recruitment, training and management of staff.
  • You must be able to manage the setting in the absence of the manager.
  • To ensure that all children/families who attend the setting receive high quality care.
  • Plan and organise stimulating play experiences which meet the children\'s individual needs and to support all aspects of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
  • Ensure the nursery is compliant with Ofsted guidelines.
  • Liaise between the staff and manager.
