• Must be a qualified Registered Nurse with current active NMC Pin.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor standards of care delivered by staff.
• Support the Manager in implementing policies and procedures.
• Prepare staff duty rota to ensure appropriate staffing.
• Monitor resident wellbeing and care plans.
• Act as a contact point for residents and families.
• Liaise with Home Manager for operational activity.
• Contribute to team working and follow work instructions.
• Advise on supply and quality of items used.
