Key Responsibilities

In this Deputy Mess Manager role, you will:

• Act as the link between the team and the Manager to maintain standards
• Motivate and support a team of 12 across both outlets
• Assist with stock control, budgets and action planning
• Oversee tills and payments
• Lead from the front to train and coach the team
• Support administrative duties as needed
• Provide flexible relief cover when required
