A leading domiciliary care provider in Greater London is looking for a Deputy Manager to oversee operational support for a well-established service. You will assist in compliance, audits, and staff management in a role that offers a genuine work-life balance. Salary of £28,000 – £32,000
Weekend on-call duties paid at £100 per day

Qualifications

  • Minimum experience in a senior or deputy role within care.
  • Strong understanding of CQC compliance and quality standards required.
  • Professional, organized, and people-focused approach is necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Registered Manager with operational management.
  • Assist with compliance, audits, and maintaining outstanding standards.
  • Support staff management, supervision, and retention.
  • Contribute to service development and continuous improvement.
  • Participate in the on-call rota approximately 1 in 6.

Skills

Experience in a senior or deputy role within care
