• Minimum 2 years' experience in children's residential care.
• Qualified to or working towards Level 3 or Level 5 Diploma in Residential Childcare.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Registered Manager with daily running and staff team management.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff.
• Develop and review care plans and risk assessments.
• Manage budgets and administrative tasks.
