Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in day‑to‑day running of the setting, ensuring compliance with EYFS, safeguarding, and health & safety standards.
• Support and lead the staff team, including mentoring, training, and performance monitoring.
• Deputise for the Manager, taking responsibility for operations in their absence.
• Assist with operational tasks, budget monitoring, and occupancy management.
• Engage with parents and external professionals to maintain high standards of service.
