About You
  • Experience working in a childrens residential or Ofsted-regulated setting.
  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) Level 5 in Leadership & Management desirable (or willingness to work towards).
  • Strong leadership skills with a compassionate and resilient approach.
  • A genuine commitment to making a lasting difference for children and young people
