Job summary

A reputable care company in the UK is seeking a Deputy Manager to support the registered manager in running a residential home. This role involves acting for the manager in their absence, overseeing staff support, and ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations. My client are reputable company with residential homes and services around the UK.The role will consist of supporting the registered manager in the daily running of the home, acting for võ manager in their absence, accountability of Ofsted, assisting in the support of the homes staff etc.

The Role
  • £33,280 to £39,520
  • 40 hours per week
  • 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays (28 days)
About You
  • Level 3 diploma in residential childcare (required)
  • 2 Years experiance in Children's Residential Care
  • Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Children and Young Peoples Services or a commitment to work towards this.
  • Experience as a deputy in a residential setting is desirable
  • Good knowledge of Ofsted
  • A full UK driving licence (preferred)
