A children's residential care provider in Telford is seeking a nurturing and dedicated Deputy Manager to support the Home Manager. The ideal candidate should have at least 12 months of supervisory experience in a children's residential care home and hold a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare. Responsibilities include ensuring a supportive environment for young people and promoting their emotional wellbeing. The salary ranges from £34,000 to £36,000 annually, with additional pay for overnight shifts.

Salary: £34,000 - £36,000 per year. Sleep ins paid at £60.00 per sleep. Opportunities to pick up overtime at enhanced rate.
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. May be required to cover shifts if required in the home. Rotas given in advance. We are a 365 day a year service due to the nature of our work.
Red Lake House is two properties set across one site offering crisis intervention and trauma informed therapeutic care. We are looking for a nurturing and dedicated off rota Deputy Manager to support the Home Manager in the day to day running of the homes.
