Salary: £34,000 - £36,000 per annum + £60 per sleep

Shift Pattern: 2 on 4 off

Home: Solo Placement Home for EBD

Salary: £34,000 - £36,000 per annum plus £60 per sleep on top!

Hours: Shift pattern is 2 days on, 4 days off, with sleep ins. Rotas given in advance.

Essential requirements for a Deputy Manager:

  • A minimum 12 months experience in a children's residential care home
  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
  • A full driving licence issued in the UK
  • Applicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictions
  • In depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations, expectations and best practice
  • Values in line with the organisation, such as taking a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare
  • Due to industry regulations, applicants must be aged 21 or above
