Overview

Deputy Manager and Clinical Lead (RMN/RNLD) - Hospital

Location: Waltham Abbey, Essex, EN9 3JY

Hours: 40 hours per week (2 days supernumerary/ 2 days on shift)

Pay: £51,396 per year

The Role
  • Support the Hospital Director and step into full leadership in their absence
  • Provide clinical oversight, ensure compliance, and maintain high-quality care standards
  • Lead and develop a team to deliver outstanding care for patients with complex mental health needs
  • Take responsibility for balancing budgets and contributing to long-term service strategy
Essential Criteria
  • NMC registered RMN or RNLD
  • Proven management and leadership experience in healthcare/mental health settings
  • Strong knowledge of compliance, regulations, and quality standards
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
