A community support organization in Newcastle is seeking a Deputy Manager to assist in setting the service culture and leading a team of support workers. The role involves providing practical assistance and emotional support while ensuring the delivery of person-centred care for individuals with learning disabilities. Candidates should possess experience in residential care, management skills, and be working towards an NVQ level 5 in Health and Social Care. A valid UK driving licence is also required.
The Deputy Manager will be responsible for supporting the service manager to set the culture of the service. Leading and inspiring the teams to ensure that everyone within it lives and breathes our company ethos.
