Deputy Clinical Manager Location: Bridgend,CF34 0LN Hours: Full-time,

Our Nursing Home is looking for an experienced Deputy Manager to join our dedicated team and help shape the future of care for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.
About the Role As Deputy Manager, you’ll work closely with the Home Manager to: Lead and motivate a passionate care team Uphold CIW and RISCA regulations Ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate care Promote a positive culture where both staff and residents thrive Support in managing resources, compliance, and clinical excellence What We're Looking For You must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid and active NMC pin Proven leadership experience in a care setting Experience supporting adults with complex needs Strong knowledge of CIW and RISCA regulations A values-driven approach to care and team development Passion for person-centred care and quality improvement What We Offer 7 weeks inclusive of bank holidays Birthday off with pay after one year of service Staff recognition and reward schemes Ongoing training and professional development A supportive and collaborative work environment If you’re ready to make a meaningful difference in a role where care is more than a job
