Overview

Your Title: Deputy Manager

Where You Will Be Based: Redhill Surrey RH1

The Service Users: 4 Bedroom age 7 to 17 on admission from trauma backgrounds

The Company: -

Size: National provider with over 50 homes

Environment: Focus on nurturing beautifully decorated homes with generous budgets for experiences and therapeutic work.

Promotion & Progression: Path to Registered Manager: 70% of current Registered Managers were Deputy Managers and have been promoted. Further Career Growth: Multiple opportunities for Regional and Senior Regional roles. Promotion Trend: Regional Managers often promoted from Registered Managers.

Working Week and Pay

Managerial / On-Shift Time: 50 / 50 split (20 hours each; 40 hours / week 173 hours / month).

Overtime: Paid.

Salary: 33337 - 37800 for 40 hours (50 per sleep completed).

Additional Pay:

  • 250 for completing Therapeutic Training and in-house delivery.
  • Bonuses for achieving Ofsted outcomes and service milestones.
