Salary: £35,000 per annum

Are you an experienced care professional ready to take the next step in your leadership journey? I’m supporting a respected residential care home in the picturesque town of Brooke, Norwich, who are looking for a dedicated Deputy Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong senior care experience who’s passionate about providing exceptional standards of care.

The Role

As Deputy Manager, you will support the Registered Manager with the day‑to‑day running of the home, ensuring high‑quality, person‑centred care is consistently delivered.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and mentoring the care team
  • Supporting with care planning and compliance
  • Completing audits
  • Ensuring regulatory standards are met
  • Building strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals
About You

I’m looking for someone who is an experienced Senior Carer, Team Leader, or Deputy Manager within residential or dementia care, confident in leading teams and driving high standards, and knowledgeable of CQC regulations. You’ll be passionate, approachable, and committed to delivering outstanding care.

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care is essential;
  • Level 5 is desirable or you should be willing to work towards it.
