A residential care provider in Chadderton is looking for a Deputy Manager to oversee the staff rota and ensure a nurturing environment for children. This role requires a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce, alongside experience in residential child care. The position may require flexible hours, including weekends and sleeps.
Hours: 48 hours per week. Note that the Deputy Manager is responsible for the staff rota, including their own shifts. Sleeps may be required and will be paid in addition. Weekends may also be required; this is dependent on staffing levels. Growth Plans: Expanding their services to support more children and young people both with Children EBD and LD Residential and Care leaver services.
