Deputy House Manager – Foxes
Minehead, Somerset
£29,347.10 - £32,022.02 (FTE £31,720 - £34,611)
40 hours per week – Term time plus additional days and training (42 weeks per year)
Additional Information : Shift work is required, including weekends and sleep-ins. Sleep-in shifts are paid at a flat rate of £65, in addition to your annual salary.

As Deputy House Manager, you’ll work closely with the House Team Leader to create a safe, supportive, and inspiring environment for our students. Safeguarding is at the heart of everything we do, and your priority will be ensuring every student feels safe, valued, and listened to.
You’ll lead by example, setting high professional standards and empowering your team to deliver exceptional care and support. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll guide your team, manage student behaviour effectively, and foster an environment where students can achieve their full potential.
