Deputy Home Manager

Elderly Nursing Home in Crewe

£47,000 per annum plus paid breaks

Full time hours (combination of nursing shifts and supernumerary hours)

Elite Search Associates are currently looking for a Deputy Home Manager to join a fantastic elderly nursing home in Crewe. This role will include a combination of clinical shifts working as one of two nurses, as well as some dedicated supernumerary time for managerial tasks. Full flexibility required.

Package for the Deputy Home Manager (but not limited to)

• £47,000 per annum
• Full time hours

• Work in a home rated good by CQC

Deputy Home Manager requirements

• RGN/RMN or RNLD qualification
• Active NMC PIN number
• Previous experience working as a Deputy Manager in a nursing home
• To manage the nursing unit and work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the smooth running of the home
• Excellent clinical knowledge and strong leadership skills
• Confident in leading a team of Nurses and Healthcare Assistants
• Previous elderly nursing home experience is essential
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Personal interest in working within elderly care
• Good knowledge of working within and to the CQC code of conduct guidelines.
