  • Alongside the Head Teacher, set the vision for the future of the school and ensure the right people and plans are in place so that young people feel proud of what they achieve.
  • Be resilient and dedicated, celebrating 'huge small victories' and contributing to the well‑being and success of pupils.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Previous teaching experience.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Minimum of 2 years leadership and management experience.
  • Drive to raise the quality of teaching and learning.
  • Understanding of positive behaviours for learning.
  • Effective leadership and coaching skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to develop a cohesive staff team.
