A leading healthcare provider in London is seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to oversee capital construction projects. You will manage the Capital Project Team and ensure the successful delivery of projects while minimizing operational impact. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a construction-related field and significant experience within the NHS or similar environments. We are looking for a highly experienced and self-motivated Senior Manager with extensive construction work experience within the NHS and/or Healthcare sector (or similar) in the built environment to be part of our Estates Capital Projects team. As the Deputy to the Head of Estates Capital Projects, you will be site based full time and report directly to the Head of Estates Capital Projects and have a strong track record with the delivery of Capital construction projects within an NHS Healthcare environment. You will be a highly motivated, experienced team player with excellent financial and communication skills and have experience in managing staff.
The Team are responsible for the delivery of the physical environment aspect of the Trust’s capital programme whilst achieving the objectives and visions of the organisation. The main challenge for the post holder will be to manage and support the team in the implementation of Capital projects whilst minimising the operational impact on the Trust, and developing systems/processes to ensure best practice is adopted for all tasks undertaken.
