About the Role
Hotel Du Vin is looking for a leader in the making. The role involves running the hotel, driving brand strategy, building a culture of celebrity service, and maximizing revenue.
Responsibilities
- Operate your own hotel with a 12‑month term (or less) and lead the brand strategy across all business elements.
- Lead, motivate and develop the team, setting a clear example.
- Use market knowledge to maximize revenue, manage detail through department managers, and drive business results.
- Ensure service excellence and meet brand standards.
- Represent Hotel Du Vin as a preferred employer and destination.
Qualifications
- Minimum 12 months of experience leading a hotel or similar sized property.
- Strong people management and motivation skills.
- Knowledge of food and drink operations (preferred but not essential).
- Experience driving revenue and cost control.
