As Deputy Events Operations Manager you will be responsible for full time and casual colleagues ensuring the seamless running of the department by developing the team to provide excellent guest service, and exceed our high legendary standards.

You will take over any responsibility required in the absence or the Events Operations Manager.

You will be responsible in assisting in the achievement of optimum profitability and maintaining the financial control of the department.

Entry Requirements

We are seeking in individual who strives to deliver an experience not just an event. The ideal candidate would be well organised, have exceptional attention to detail and outstanding interpersonal skills and will be driven by passion!

As a main contact person during an event you will be confident and will be able to manage the event in accordance to the guest wishes and exceed their expectations. You will be keen to share your ideas with colleagues in terms of training and further development of the department and be passionate in developing new innovations in service delivery.
