In this role, you will:
  • Support the Complaints Manager in coordinating the Council's Have Your Say feedback scheme.
  • Manage complaints relating to adult and children's social care.
  • Liaise with the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman.
  • Provide support to Subject Access Requests (SAR) and Freedom of Information (FOI) processes.
