A leading care provider in Cardiff is seeking a compassionate Deputy Clinical Manager to lead a dedicated team while ensuring high-quality, person-centred care for adults with complex needs. The ideal candidate is a Registered Nurse with proven leadership and a strong understanding of CIW and RISCA regulations. This role offers 7 weeks of holiday, birthday off after a year, ongoing training, and a supportive work environment.
Location: Cardiff, CF24 2NT
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Sunday on a rota basis)

As Deputy Manager, you’ll work closely with the Home Manager to:
Lead and motivate a passionate care team
Uphold CIW and RISCA regulations
Ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate care
Promote a positive culture where both staff and residents thrive
Support in managing resources, compliance, and clinical excellence
You must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid and active NMC pin
Proven leadership experience in a care setting
Experience supporting adults with complex needs
Strong knowledge of CIW and RISCA regulations
A values-driven approach to care and team development
Passion for person-centred care and quality improvement
7 weeks inclusive of bank holidays
Birthday off with pay after one year of service
