Salary: £39,680 - £40,720-OTE £47,280 - £48,320

You will be :

  • A supportive team player who leads with empathy and kindness
Requirements
  • This role requires a Level 3 QCF qualification and several years experience working as a senior within a children's residential setting.
  • Attend all trainings which are booked in for you - these are all of value and should be privileged.
  • Access to Level 5 through our internal promotions programme.
  • DSL- Level 3 safeguard training for designated leads.
What You'll Do
  • To support the Registered Homes Manager in ensuring compliance with the company Policy and Procedures and meeting all OFSTED regulations.
  • To deputise / act up for the Registered Manager in their absence
  • To work with the manager and team towards the most positive outcomes for the young person.
  • To plan, manage and lead shifts ensuring children are kept safe and engaged throughout the day.
  • To ensure the Placement and Care plan for each child is followed and adhered to at all times.
