We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Deputy Children's Home Manager to join our new 3-bed EBD home, recently approved by Ofsted. This role involves supporting the Home Manager in leading a team to deliver exceptional care and support for children with emotional and behavioral difficulties. The Deputy Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, implementing care plans, and maintaining a safe and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Home Manager in daily operations and management of the home.
  • Ensure high-quality care and support for children, adhering to Ofsted standards.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Supervise and support staff, conducting training and appraisals.
  • Manage budgets and resources efficiently.
  • Handle safeguarding concerns and incidents appropriately.

Qualifications and Experience
