We aspire to be a beacon of hope and excellence, transforming lives through trust, compassion, and personalised learning—so that all our learners can achieve their full potential and contribute positively to their communities. We change lives.

We are seeking to appoint a Deputy Chief Executive Officer (DCEO) to join our Executive Team and drive the quality of education and outcomes for our Trust.

You will support the Chief Executive Officer by contributing to and influencing all areas of the Trust’s strategy, with a focus on the leadership of the Trust’s school improvement strategy for all schools which form part of the trust.
