Job summary

A lovely 24-bed residential home registered for old age in Woking is seeking a deputy manager to support the manager and work with the team to build on the success of this lovely home.

With a fully compliant CQC and a superb reputation locally, this superb home is looking for an individual who has experience of elderly care in a care home setting. Ideally, candidates will have NVQ 3, but this is not essential. The successful candidate will support the manager in all aspects of running the home, including managing staff and rotas, medication, and care, as well as liaising with families and other healthcare professionals.

This role would suit a senior carer looking for the next step or an existing deputy seeking a small and friendly home with a passion for providing superb care.
