A family-run care company in Weybridge seeks a Deputy Care Home Manager to help run a small residential care home. This full-time role offers a starting salary of £38,000 per annum and requires previous managerial experience. The successful candidate will have NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care and will ensure high standards of care by supervising the team and creating care plans.

A dedicated individual is required to help run a friendly and comfortable Residential Care Home within the Weybridge area as their new Deputy Care Home Manager. The home is a small, 10 bedded service which caters for clients with learning disabilities and associated mental health needs, and they are a part of an independent, family-run care company.
This is a full-time, permanent position paying a starting salary of £38,000 per annum with on call duties shared with the Registered Manager. This is a supernumerary Deputy Manager role with the flexibility to supervise the floor, and cover if and when necessary. You will work in support of the Registered Manager to ensure that the care provided is to the highest possible standards and that all duties are being reliably carried out.
Previous Care Home Deputy Manager experience is preferred however this could be the ideal role for an experienced Care Team Leader / Head of Care looking to take a step up.
The successful candidate will have previous managerial experience in an elderly care home environment with good leadership skills and a strong personality. As Deputy Manager you will work as the link between the Senior Carers and Home Manager, ensuring that the care home’s high standards are maintained.
