• Previous team management experience within the Transport industry, ideally within a multi-drop environment.
• Knowledge of transport operations and industry legislation.
• Strong Health and Safety knowledge and awareness.
• IT literate with proficiency on Excel and Google based spreadsheets.
• Excellent organization skills with the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Control all aspects of the delivery function including scheduling deliveries and monitoring performance.
• Manage customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support and lead Drivers, Drivers Mates, and Warehouse staff.
