Qualifications

• At least two years’ experience operating at a supervisory level within a claims centre.
• Understanding of motor insurance processes and the customer claims process.
• Ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the deployment team.
• Monitor and action inbound calls and digital enquiries.
• Ensure professional behaviour in line with company guidelines.
