Qualified Dental Nurse/ Receptionist

Location: Wigston, LE18

Salary

Basic pay

Up to £14ph DOE

Plus KPI Annual Bonus

Personal target: (if met) up to an additional 3% of annual wage

Practice target: (if met) up to an additional 5% of annual wage

KPIs include:

• Personal target:
  • Attendance 98% annually / sickness communicated correctly as per policy
  • Stock surgeries daily
• Practice target:
  • Record prompts ticked during appointment
  • Convert 10 patients to plan

Working Hours

09.00 am to 18.00 pm (1 hr lunch)

Preferably Full Time: Monday to Friday

Can consider Part Time: Monday Thursday Friday
