Dental Field Service Engineer role based in the Midlands (Birmingham, Coventry, Leicester, Derby, Nottingham and surrounding areas). Salary £35K – £45K depending upon experience, plus a company vehicle and an excellent benefits package including contributory pension scheme and full and comprehensive manufacturers based product training.

The Role

Following expansion, they seek to recruit a customer-focused and technically motivated Field Service Engineer responsible for the service, repair, breakdown and maintenance of their range of dental equipment at dental practices in the Midlands area.

• Service, repair, breakdown and maintenance of dental equipment at dental practices in the Midlands.

Your Background

• Strong background working in a customer-facing Field Service Engineer role, or be an ex-HM Forces Engineer with an electro-mechanical or electronic service background.
• Applications are welcome from service engineers with dental equipment experience, as well as engineers who have worked with autoclaves, washer/disinfectors, biomedical equipment or medical devices.
• Service engineers with general electrical-mechanical skills are encouraged to apply, as well as HM Forces engineers with REME, Navy or RAF backgrounds.
• Impeccable customer service skills and the ability to remain confident and professional in customer-facing environments.
