As a Dementia Care Manager, your focus will be on the overall management of the Dementia Community, implementing and embedding the companys dementia care strategy, and managing resources within a given budget. Key responsibilities include ensuring accurate and person-centered care plans, building caring relationships with residents and families, working closely with the Activities Team to develop meaningful activities, and promoting a culture that enables residents to maximise their capabilities and quality of life.
