  • 2-3 years' experience in demand planning, stock planning, or forecasting.
  • Strong Excel skills (XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts).
  • Experience with SAP or similar systems desirable.
  • Analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Effective use of planning, analytical, or conceptual techniques.
  • Ability to apply technical data to support management decisions.
  • Awareness of relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
  • Innovative, flexible, and motivated to learn and take ownership.

Responsibilities

  • Support the monthly planning process, working closely with multiple teams to gather and analyse forecasts, inventory, and sales data.
  • Monitor stock levels across warehouses, ensuring timely replenishment and identifying any issues.
  • Analyse sales trends by product, channel, and region to produce actionable insights.
  • Prepare KPI and management reports to support decision-making.
  • Identify and report on slow-moving or excess stock, helping optimise inventory.
  • Manage Salesforce administration and support SAP process improvements.
  • Contribute to projects and process improvements within the planning function.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes, share knowledge, and ensure accuracy across all planning activities.

This is a hands-on, analytical role for a proactive individual who enjoys working with numbers and data. You'll be managing forecasts, monitoring stock, and producing reports that drive key business decisions. The role offers hybrid working, opportunities to develop your skills, and a supportive team environment.

Working hours & benefits
  • 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday
  • Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days home)
