Job title: Delivery Manager / Senior Delivery Manager
Type: Full-time Permanent
Location: UK-based with flexible home office or hybrid working
Office locations: Newcastle and Leeds with hubs across the UK

We’re growing our Delivery team to strengthen how we deliver world-class digital products for our clients.

You’ll be joining a small but experienced team shaping how delivery operates at hedgehog lab balancing structure with flexibility, quality with speed and helping define what great delivery looks like as we scale.

This is an opportunity to own delivery on a variety of client projects from digital transformation work to fast-paced app and web builds while also helping shape the wider delivery function itself.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll work across a range of client projects leading multi-disciplinary teams to deliver outcomes that matter.

Expect variety ownership and the chance to influence how we work as we continue to mature our delivery model.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple client projects simultaneously
• Own delivery governance planning and risk management ensuring projects stay on time on budget and on scope
• Build strong trusted relationships with clients and internal teams
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and help evolve how our delivery team operates
• Collaborate with Product Design and Engineering to deliver high-quality outcomes
• Provide leadership and clarity across teams guiding priorities unblocking challenges and maintaining delivery momentum

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager Project Manager or Programme Manager in an agency consultancy or fast-paced product environment
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum Kanban Lean or similar)
• Experience managing multiple cross-functional teams or workstreams concurrently
• Excellent stakeholder and client management skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently
• A self-starter who takes ownership leads with initiative and can work autonomously
• A balance of governance and adaptability you know when to apply structure and when to flex
• 38 years of relevant delivery experience depending on level>

Nice to have

• Experience leading digital product builds (apps web or platform)
• Experience in regulated or fast-paced industries (e.g. fintech edtech gaming or government)
• Familiarity with consultancy or agency life balancing multiple clients and priorities
