About The Role

Delivery Drivers are a crucial part of the team within GSF Car Parts. They are the face of our brand by delivering parts to customers and providing excellent customer service. Our Delivery Drivers offer valuable customer feedback insights and help us ensure timely deliveries.

As a Delivery Driver working on a zero hour/casual contract, you will support the branch in covering holidays or absences. You will contribute to the success of a high-performing organization and promote the Company brand through positive customer interactions.

Main Duties include:

• Delivering products to customers within a mile radius
• Ensuring high levels of customer service at all times
• Providing feedback on customer and competitor activity
• Loading your vehicle according to procedures
• Collecting customer returns as required
• Performing vehicle maintenance and daily checks
• Assisting in the warehouse as needed
• Supporting inter-branch transfer deliveries

Working hours: Up to (average) hours Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday work, depending on branch needs.

About You

What you'll need to succeed:

• A full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points
• Good knowledge of the mile radius of the branch
• Previous delivery driver experience
• Understanding of excellent customer service standards
• Ability to meet deadlines and good time management skills
• Customer-focused, motivated to achieve, and willing to go the extra mile
