You will deliver parts to customers and provide excellent service while managing vehicle checks and warehouse support. A full UK Driving Licence and previous delivery experience required. About The Role

Delivery Drivers play a crucial role in GSF Car Parts. They are the face of our brand, delivering parts to customers and providing excellent customer service. They also provide feedback insights and ensure timely delivery of goods.

As a Delivery Driver on a zero-hour/casual contract, you will support the branch in covering holidays or absences. You will contribute to the success of a high-performing organization and promote the Company brand through positive customer interactions.

Main Duties include:

• Delivering products to customers within a mile radius
• Providing high levels of customer service
• Providing feedback on customer and competitor activity
• Loading your vehicle according to procedures
• Collecting customer returns
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks
• Assisting in the warehouse as needed
• Supporting inter-branch transfer deliveries

Working hours: Up to (average) hours Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday work, depending on branch coverage.

About You

What you'll need to succeed:

• A full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points
• Good knowledge of the mile radius of the branch
• Previous delivery driver experience
• Understanding of excellent customer service standards
• Ability to meet deadlines and good time management
• Customer-focused and willing to go the extra mile
