About The Role

Delivery Drivers are a crucial part of the team within GSF Car Parts. They represent our brand by delivering parts to customers and providing excellent customer service. They also give valuable customer feedback and help ensure timely delivery of goods.

As a Delivery Driver working on a zero-hour/casual contract, you will support the branch during holidays or absences. Your responsibilities include contributing to the success of the organization and promoting the company brand through positive interactions with customers.

Main Duties include:

• Delivering products to customer premises within a specified radius
• Maintaining high levels of customer service
• Providing feedback on customer and competitor activity
• Loading your vehicle according to procedures
• Collecting customer returns as required
• Performing vehicle maintenance and daily checks
• Assisting in the warehouse when needed
• Supporting inter-branch transfer deliveries as required

Working hours: Up to (average) hours Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday working, depending on branch needs.

About You

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points
• Good knowledge of the branch's mile radius
• Previous delivery driver experience
• Understanding of excellent customer service standards
• Ability to meet deadlines and good time management skills
• Customer-focused and motivated to achieve and go the extra mile
