Overview

Cromwell is looking for a Customer Envoy on a 6 month fixed-term basis. Envoys are the face of the business, traveling their area to deliver products while maintaining customer relationships. We have 41 branch locations across the UK, Europe and Asia, ensuring we deliver over 98% of orders next day. Our vending solutions provide customers with on-site access to products.

Our dedicated team works to ensure operations run smoothly from Monday to Friday, 52 weeks a year, putting our customers front and centre in everything we do.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver parcels and handle returns within a specific geographical area
  • Load, unload, prepare and operate a delivery vehicle
  • Identify and visit new customers whilst increasing existing customer spend
  • Support the branch warehouse by undertaking reasonable duties from time to time, including periodic stocktakes
  • Work closely with the Sales team to identify and progress opportunities
Qualifications / What we are looking for

We’re looking for someone who has the passion and drive to succeed as an individual with a proactive attitude and good problem‑solving skills. You should enjoy talking to customers, building relationships, and working as part of a team to support other branch locations within your region as required. A driving license is required for this role.
