Job Summary

You will support the Logistics team by being on hand to assist in delivery driver cover, actively increasing customer satisfaction by delivering their orders in an efficient manner as well as supporting the fleet office team as and when required on site.

How you will make a difference

• Be readily available to cover delivery routes during periods of holiday, sickness and increased workload. This may include deliveries outside of general working hours and / or overnight stays.
• Be flexible and on hand to cover routes at very short notice. This may include overnight stays.
• Deliver and collect products to/from our customers efficiently.
• Ensure the end customers experience is aligned to hib. standards.
• Manage and take responsibility for all relevant delivery/collection paperwork.
• As and when required provide administrative support within the Fleet Office.
• Complete all driving records where required.

Experience / Attributes

• A flexible attitude to your work.
• Class II licence advantageous, but not essential.
• Adaptability, versatility and a 'can do' attitude as your duties will be varied.
• Excellent time management skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Experience of working with Microsoft Office
• A sound understanding of customer satisfaction and expectations
