Job summary

A leading provider in defense training is seeking a Technical Trainer in the Aldermaston area to ensure the competence of all parties engaged with Defence Nuclear Materials. The role includes delivering training, preparing documentation, and managing stakeholders effectively. Candidates must possess excellent presentation and organizational skills, be able to hold a Training Qualification at Level 3 or above, and be willing to travel for off-site training. Competitive salary range from £35,950 to £53,930 offered.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability in training and assessing individuals.
  • Must hold a valid Training Qualification at Level 3 or above.
  • Willingness to attend off-site training with overnight stays.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advice and guidance to customers and stakeholders.
  • Deliver training to ensure satisfaction and compliance.
  • Prepare accurate training documentation and communications.
  • Plan and implement training projects for Defence Nuclear Materials.
  • Verify evidence collated in Competence Based Qualification portfolios.
